"Model types"
Love your catalog, although most things out of my price range. The concern I have is the lack of diversity. I am a natural blond and fair skinned. I would appreciate some real blond models, to get a better idea of how the color palette would work for me. Thank you for your consideration.

"Read the fine print…. Especially at 11:05MST"
Its 11:01PM in Idaho and I am finally checking out (I accidentally stumbled on the 40% off day and spent a few hours excitedly shopping late into the night) and was ready to buy! It was a long day and as I reviewed my loaded cart (and kept getting the "this is sold out, remove from cart"; I was persistent) it finally went to the confirm screen- and all the costs went up 40%. It was 12:01 MST. I contacted the customer service - and was told too bad, should have read the fine print (I am pacific time)…

"Quality and customer service lacking"
Quality is seriously lacking for the price. Customer service lagging. Feel sorry for the workers there. I previously purchased some jewelry. Settings fell out of 2 earrings making 2 pairs useless. A watch and a necklace so far are ok, but overpriced for the quality. My most recent purchased was a jewelry bureau.
Very pretty in the catalogue. Upon receit found it was much smaller than the dimensions stated in the catalogue making the drawers too small for some of the larger pieces to fit into. The wood was thin, not good quality. Called customer service.Was told to send it back for a refund including shipping since it was their error. 6 weeks later I received a refund minus shipping of $13.95. It is now advertised at the correct dimensions in the catalogue. I am so done with sundance. Why lose a customer over $13.95?

"Awful/ still waiting on refund for damaged item"
I ordered a sweater for someone as a gift. It came with some kind of ink on it. I immediately reached out to customer service, sent photos, and was told that I would be refunded in full as soon as the item was shipped back.began tracking, since it was damaged. I dropped it off that day. A week later I reached out and asked my not yet refunded and they told me they don't do that, and I would have to wait for my refund as if it was any other purchase (EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT ME A DAMAGED ITEM) and when I pushed back they got rude and dismissive. Reached out a month later and was told they were still processing refunds received in Jan (when it was March) and I would have to wait. It's now getting close to three months since this purchase, and still no refund. What a scam this place is.

I am a loyal customer of your company – Sundance/Sundance Catalog – have been for several years and believe that your products are of high quality. Your clothing is unique and you offer petites which these days are hard to find.

That being said, your shipping and return policies leave a lot to be desired. Your shipping charges are outrageous – not only do you charge shipping to send purchases to your customers; but also charge your customer for returning the item. I am sure that the cost of shipping is also incorporated in the price of your merchandise. Other merchants give free shipping – especially for purchases over $50 and free returns. And – refunds are promptly issued within days.
In addition, it literally takes weeks to get a refund! I recently made purchases totaling $436.22 (which included taxes and shipping). I promptly returned the items (wrong size) according to your return policies. It cost me $54.00 in shipping charges to receive and return these items. As of this date, I have yet to receive a refund. In this modern world of technology, this should not be the case.

I would very much like to continue to be a loyal customer of Sundance, however unless you revise and update your shipping and return policies, I will take my money and business to merchants that offer better terms and appreciate customer loyalty.

"Still Waiting for a Refund"
I always thought Sundance Catalogue was supposed to be a good company. High prices, yes. Quality,not so much. What really got me, though, is I ordered three items that came in two separate shipments. I returned two of them the next day. That has been almost a month. The first time I called, they said, "it just arrived today, and it is processing." A week goes by, no word. I call again. This time, "It hasn't arrived yet, but looks like it will. Give it another week." I did, no word. I called again, and I was told items arrived but there is a backlog of doing refunds and I should wait another two weeks. Why are there so many refunds? That's for another post. I finally went to the BBC, and there are similar complaints there. Sundance always gives the same answer to them, using the same verbiage. I have no idea if those people ever got their refunds or not. They owe me over $200, and I want it. In the interim, I ordered other clothes and shoes from other companies, and each time I returned something, I was refunded the same day it was received. Anthropologie refunds the day you ship. What's up with this company? Are they keeping the company running by using refund money not sent out? I will never buy from them again. I will also spread the word.

"Can't get through. Can't order."
The website doesn't work and the customer service rep kept telling me that the phone number I was using wasn't Sundance. When I asked for the correct phone number she gave me the same one. I love their clothes but the company is impossible to deal with.

"I have shopped here for years even tho…"
I have shopped here for years even tho they are very expensive but I NEVER will again! They received my return on 1-18-2023 & I still haven't received my credit. They can't even tell me when it will b processed!!! They take the money out quickly when they get the order but the credit takes forever. This company needs to make some changes as I am sure the people who work there get a lot of grief.

"I ordered over $1,500 worth of items…"
I ordered over $1,500 worth of items before the holidays. The things got here, but not overly fast in shipping. The problem comes when you get items that you don't like the fabric, or fit or other issue. Returning items is a NIGHTMARE. As others have stated here --- save your money (very expensive items) and your time and find another source unless you are 110% sure you want the item and that it will fit. Some of the items were missing from the order when it showed (no idea that they were out), some of the items were nothing like what I anticipated (a bag was super small, a sweater super short/cropped, shoes were too small as normally european sizing can be very wide range, etc). I sent a note on the return process and they told me to go read the paperwork sent. Also, they sent me the items in 3 or 4 separate shipments with 3/4 separate sets of paperwork. I told them that I was not going to pay $8 each to return on multiple "slips" because they had separate orders sent in 4 orders to me instead of the one that I had ordered. They agreed. I returned about $800 worth of items. The items went from UPS/USPS on the label and over 30 days later -- nothing. The tracking shows it went to one spot and then they ship it to a place in Utah from there....and THEN they take their time going through returns. Over 30 days when I reached out again on the credit, they told me that they had received the items, but they only process them first in, first out.... it could take who knows how long to get to my return and they process it based on when they slow ship it to their second location. Unacceptable for the customer base they are trying to get to. Don't -- you will hate the trap you are caught in. Not the same company they used to be.

"Worst service ever"
Worst service ever! Sending wrong items and wrong colors. Website is totally messed up. One day it shows the picture of a certain item with the item # and name and the color and next day the same item # and name shows a complete different picture and different color, not even the same item! Overpriced, it takes forever to receive your money back and they even take money off the refund for the return. Customer service not friendly when I said that I did not order the item I received, saying "that's what you ordered honey"... Never ordering again!

Why so many bad reviews. disappointing. i hoped to order $200-300 worth of merchandise. unless i get a guarantee of good customer service, i'll spend.
