I went on the site kind of excited to browse for clothes, and at first I was like, okay, the photos are really pretty. But then quickly I got frustrated because the whole layout feels dated and cluttered, and I kept losing track of where I was. It made shopping feel more tiring than fun.

The filters didn’t really help much either, which was disappointing because I wanted to like it. Some pages felt like old catalog scans put online, and for the prices they charge, I expected something much cleaner and easier to use. I left feeling annoyed instead of inspired.

I found a lot of the stuff I was looking for, which was nice, but my size disappeared quickly. Kind of frustrating, though I guess that’s what happens when something’s popular. I still like the selection overall, just wish I’d checked a little sooner.

The clothes do feel well made, and the colors were like what the photos showed, so that was good. I just thought the price was a bit much for me, but overall it’s nice quality.

My order ended up on backorder, and it was handled poorly. I waited around 3 or 4 weeks and barely got any clear updates about what was going on. Every time I checked, it felt like I was getting the same vague answer. As of now, the order still hasn’t shown up, so the whole thing has been really frustrating.

My Sundance Catalog order showed up on time, which I was happy about because I get impatient once I know something has shipped. The main sweater was exactly what I ordered, right size and color, and that was the thing I cared about most anyway.

I ordered a sweater and a pair of earrings from Sundance Catalog a few weeks ago, and right when they arrived, I could tell they were nicer than some things I’ve bought online lately.
I’ve worn the sweater a couple of times since then, and it’s still soft and holding its shape really well. The earrings have also been in my rotation since last week, and they feel solid without being heavy or cheap-looking.
The prices aren’t exactly bargain-level, but after having the items for a little while, I do feel like the quality matches what I paid. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again

I do really like the styles here, and the quality’s been decent for me. But some of the prices feel a little high for what you actually get. I still shop here, but now I mostly just wait for a sale before buying anything lol
